Brief History of Business Growth Management (BGM)
BGM Promoters is an organization yet to be incorporated and based in Lagos State. BGM is an innovative company which came into motion in October 2015, the company was founded by Mr. Obinna Amaechi. BGM offer services to entrepreneurs by Selling, Promoting, Advertising and Marketing their products to clients nationwide through the Internet-B2C (E-commerce) and offline.
BGM was commercialised in 2016, with a dynamic management team with the zeal to drive the vision and objectives of achieving set goals. It is also open to more members in future.
Introduction:
E-commerce: this is an act or process of buying and selling goods or services in the internet. Africa is the emerging market for E-commerce and Nigeria is driving the force for this innovation of buying and selling online. Many people visit social media every day and a lot can be achieved from it. Average Nigerians especially in urban areas from 14 to 55years use smartphones through which they access their various social media platforms such as Facebook, Whatsapp, and BBM etc. which they operate every day. Statistics has proven that an average smart phone user looks at or operates his phone at least twice in every 10mins out of 24hrs we have in a day.
Overtime, sales has been made through a “traditional way of buying and selling”, that is to say buying and selling from physical shop(s). This method has an advantage but some disadvantages.
50 million buyers shop on Konga (“Konga statistics”) which is the largest online mall, followed by Jumia and others who are coming up with full force to join the market and many buyers are showing interest to buy. Online shopping has a lot of advantage ranging from; comfort, home delivery, shopping 24/7, return policy, faster, cheaper, buying from anywhere you are, less stress, after sells service, customer relation, price awareness etc. Here, BGM has taken the opportunity to grow with the market and also create more awareness to buyers.
The following are platforms in the Internet where people can see and buy products or services;
Facebook, Google, E-mail, Twitter, YouTube, InstantGramm, web site, Blog, Google plus, ATM, Nairaland, Online Newspapers WhatsApp, etc. And the use of all these channels have not been utilized by many vendors in Nigeria.

Our vision is to get many stores online and connect them to the buyers nationwide. We shall engage our growing youths nationwide with the opportunities the smart phones, computers and internet has proffered right from the secondary school.
We have a long term vision to acquire our own goods from outside the country thereby dealing directly from the Manufactures and supply to small and medium scale sellers in Nigeria.
Our Mission:
BGM’s mission is to be the leading provider of on-line and off-line engagement that facilitates real-time assistance, expert advice, direct source information and consumer targeted program. By connecting Companies’ services with customers seeking help, service support or product on the Web, the Company’s unique platform creates a more relevant, compelling and personalized on-line experience through a consolidated on-line and off-line mall.
We would also train people on IT right from the secondary school, we would ensure that any student we train will be certified Computer literate with Business Applications and will be able to generate residual income right from school (secondary and university school).

BGM main objectives is to provide the Company, investors and shareholders a profitable return on investments and continued healthy growth, by carrying out the following:

3. To provide merchants a larger opportunity to reach more customers in order to be able to compete with larger vendors
4. To provide customers with more options to save money and learn about new products.
5. To create a platform where vendors, wholesalers, manufacturers and consumers can connect.
6. To provide the most comprehensive database possible with tested and accurate information for end-users
7. To create and establish a very good and user friendly customer service management.
